My role is to maintain 14 global E-commerce websites, including both B2C and B2B and deliver website projects.

I manage the external digital agencies and SLA’s. I am involved in all website integrations and developments, configurations, security patches and upgrades as well as handling Magento staff training and documentation.

I act as a coordination point between the IT team, the Marketing team and the Sales team for all things website.

As the Digital Producer, I ended up leading the marketing team from design to development, working with external digital agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver the Magento 1 to Magento 2 project in 7 months.

The new website was launched in October 2018, followed by the B2B portal in August 2019.

Along with the Magento 2 B2C website, I re-skinned KeepCup's Help Centre using the Zendesk platform which launched in October 2018.

I also built KeepCup's first Help Centre v1.0 to match the Magento 1 theme.
